Free Fridge with initial order of 10 cases of 24 of DER. Must also order 100 cases of 24 with in 12 months of initial order.
Exclusive Use
The fridge must be used solely for our products. No third-party products may be placed inside at any time.
Commitment Term
The retailer must maintain the fridge on-site and use it exclusively for our products for a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery.
Placement & Visibility
The fridge should be placed in a customer-visible, high-traffic area to support sell-through and product exposure.
Ongoing Compliance
Our team may conduct periodic checks (in-person or photographic) to verify fridge placement, condition, and exclusive product use.
Non-Compliance Clause
If the retailer discontinues participation, removes the fridge, stocks it with other brands, or otherwise violates the program terms within the 12-month commitment window, the retailer may be invoiced for the remaining cost of the fridge prorated to the time left in the agreement.

Set Up & Start Selling
Place the fridge in a customer-visible, high-traffic area to maximize sell-through and product exposure. Stock exclusively with DER.
Maintain & Reorder
Reorder 100 cases (24 cans per case) within 12 months of your initial order to keep the fridge at no cost. That’s roughly 8–9 cases per month.
